"It was a very hot day for us but Lloyd stayed through to the first dance where he suggested we did it outside and it was perfect. We have so many photos that were taken of us where we don't even remember him being there and I really mean that in a positive way. I can't recommend Lloyd highly enough. He was everything we wanted and more in a photographer. Wedding photos are something that should be cherished forever and ours certainly will be."

Hartsfield Manor Wedding Photography
The wedding of Stacey and Nathan was shot during the height of the gorgeous June weather at the grand Hartsfield Manor wedding venue in nestled in 16 acres of private countryside in Betchworth, Surrey. The intense summer sunshine perfectly suited the bright and happy couple and I can honestly say that my cheeks hurt from laughing at all the hilarious moments throughout this wedding!
Stacey and her bridesmaids prepared for the big day at at the manor itself, whilst Nathan arrived a little later up the long driveway beneath towering oaks and enthusiastically greeted the guests at this magnificence Victorian stately home. But the fun really started when this Surrey wedding ceremony kicked off! As an emotional Stacey entered the room, little did she know that the greatest barrier to her marriage would be Nathan's inability to say the phrase 'I do solemnly declare'. To be honest, I've never really thought about it myself, but the word 'solemnly' is not the easiest to say, and as a result, the entire wedding party erupted into fits of giggles, including the bride and groom themselves, whilst the registrars patiently waited until Nathan could compose himself and finally get it right after a few attempts! It set the tone for the rest of the day and I barely saw a moment where the couple weren't grinning from ear-to-ear!
LUXURY WEDDING VENUE IN SURREY
Highlights of the day include: two little girls climbing into the bride's dress to help retrieve pesky bugs that had got into the skirt of the wedding dress; Nathan, to everyone's horror, attempting to do the 'vogue dance' whilst holding a 3 week old baby; the groomsmen generally kissing one another when possible and re-enacting events from the stag party; the inclusion of a life-sized cardboard cutout of Nathan as a firefighter during the best man's speech; the revelation that there was a secret homage to Tottenham Hotspur Football Club on the wedding cake; and finally, the beautifully moving first dance outside in the grounds of the manor so everyone could continue to enjoy the beautiful Hartsfield Manor wedding in the evening sunshine!
I know what you're thinking - you wish you had been there!
Overall, it was such a pleasure to be their Surrey wedding photographer because Stacey and Nathan really made the day. The two of them are such a laid back, fun-loving and infectiously funny couple. The guests clearly adored the two of them and it really was the perfect location for the day. I genuinely hope that they take that love and laughter with them as they continue their lives together as a married couple, as they won't spend a day without smiling. Congratulations guys!
